“Just a day or two before the weekend, I received an invitation to take part of Round 1 of the VLN series with Mathol Racing, an opportunity that I accepted without hesitation. The Nürburgring Nordschleife was still on my ‘to do’ list as far as racing on legendary tracks go, and normally, I should race more often on this track in the future. For me, the three most legendary tracks in the world are Le Mans, Indianapolis and the Nürburgring Nordschleife. I have raced at Le Mans and Indianapolis, and now this weekend, my dream of racing on the third one were fulfilled. Also, it was the ideal way to learn the track and to gain experience. A big ‘thanks’ to Mathol Racing, it was fun.”
