LeasePlan provides brand ambassador Cyndie Allemann with a very special vehicle

Cyndie Allemann, brand ambassador for LeasePlan (Schweiz) AG since early 2016, is in for a treat: Brit Schönenberger (Managing Director) and Patrick Weibel (Finance Director) from LeasePlan are presenting Cyndie and Ken Allemann’s kart racing team with a custom-designed dream vehicle fitted with premium special equipment.
Swiss racing driver Cyndie Allemann and LeasePlan (Schweiz) AG have a lot in common, not the least of which is a shared passion for modern mobility and a long track record of breaking new ground. To foster that partnership and mutual support, the leading Swiss full-service leasing and fleet management provider presented Allemann, its brand ambassador, with a custom-outfitted vehicle specially designed to meet her wishes and requirements at the kart racing track in Wohlen: an Iveco Daily.
When the Swiss racing driver is not on the track, there is still no doubt that she’s never far away from getting back out there. So when she’s not either behind the wheel or hosting the Motormagazine TV racing programme, she helps out Spirit Karting AG in Bremgarten – her brother’s company – with accounting and other organisational tasks. Together with the team at Spirit Karting AG and brother Ken Allemann, she’s responsible for coordinating, organising and hosting of kart races across Europe. To ensure that it enjoys optimal mobility and the perfect set-up for changing tires and tuning the karts during the races, the team needs a modern and specially outfitted vehicle.
This is clearly a job for LeasePlan (Schweiz) AG – Cyndie Allemann’s experienced partner when special vehicle wishes are the order of the day. With its many years of expertise in vehicle consulting and procurement, the mobility provider is putting together a new Iveco Daily, with trailer, according to the Allemanns’ specific wishes. The custom interior equipment is provided by the vehicle interior specialists at Sortimo. In addition to drawers with an intelligent opening mechanism, height-adjustable shelves, a workbench and a specially designed apparatus for stowing axles of different diameters, the vehicle is also outfitted with a shock-resistant interior wall. The body bears the vibrant logos of the team’s partners. LeasePlan (Schweiz) AG is supplying Cyndie and Ken Allemann with the vehicle to use over the coming years and, in keeping with its core competencies, is also taking care of service and maintenance, insurance and tyre management.

Beyond her participation at the annual DrivePlan event at the airfield in Buochs, Cyndie Allemann will also be representing LeasePlan at the Richmond Finance Directors’ Forum in Interlaken in September, and will promote safe driving with LeasePlan fleet customers.
